This information will be extremely useful to help you and your doctor better understand the nature of your bladder control problem, and develop a treatment plan. You can send a report of your results by simply entering the email address of your choice.
• Reminders: As part of a treatment plan, your doctor may recommend “bladder training,” Kegel exercises, and/or medication. This App will allow you to set reminders to help you manage all of the elements of your treatment plan.
• Tips and Resources: With only a few touches on your phone, you can read tips for controlling urge and suggestions for helping with bladder control.
• Note Pad: This is a convenient way to record questions for your doctor, symptoms, medication side effects, and other information that you would like to have available for your next health care appointment.
